REFUND POLICY

IMPORTANT: We do not offer free returns. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

RETURNS

Can I return my order?

Yes, this is possible.

If you are not satisfied with the items you received, you may return them within 14 days of delivery.

In this case, the order must meet the following conditions:

- The order must include all parts, components, and original packaging and be returned in the same condition as received  
- The product must show normal handling; products damaged due to careless use will not be accepted  
- Products related to hygiene must be properly cleaned before initiating a return  
- The product must be defective upon receipt if you are claiming a defect  
- We reserve the right to charge the customer for shipping costs  

Returns will be processed within 7 business days, and if the conditions are met, the return will be officially accepted within this period.

We reserve the right to refuse returned items if we suspect that the items have been used or damaged due to causes not attributable to us.

HOW TO RETURN YOUR ORDER

If your order meets the above conditions, please follow these steps to initiate a return:

Make sure to include the following information:

- Order number  
- Reason for return  
- Photo of the product (in case of damage)  
- Full name  
- Customer address  

We will contact you with the correct return address.

Do not send your return to the sender address. We will provide the correct return address after receiving your request.

The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

The consumer has the right of withdrawal under the following conditions, provided that the customer is a natural person entering into a legal transaction for purposes not primarily related to their commercial or professional activity.

CANCELLATION CONDITIONS

The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day on which you or a third party designated by you (other than the carrier) has received the last product of the order.

As we operate with a fully automated system, orders are processed immediately after being placed. Therefore, we cannot stop the shipping process once it has started, and it is not possible to issue a refund before the goods have been received.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Mía Bonita) by means of a clear statement (for example, by email) of your decision to withdraw from the contract.

The withdrawal will be considered complete once we have received the returned goods.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.

PRODUCTS IN TRANSIT

Since our products are shipped from overseas, transit times may be longer and are outside our control.

If your order is already in transit, cancellation is not possible.

Please wait until you receive the goods and then proceed with the return.

You may notify us in advance of your intention to cancel.

To ensure the fastest possible return process, we kindly ask you to send us proof of return shipment.

CONSEQUENCES OF WITHDRAWAL

If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, excluding delivery costs (unless otherwise required by law), without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day we receive both your withdrawal request and the returned goods.

Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise.

No additional fees will be charged for the refund.
